My first ever post. This is probably my 5th blog that I have started, but all of them have been for the wrong reasons. Mostly, I had been trying to make money or find quick ways to develop Internet presence. But that obviously didn't work. So I'm going to try something different.
With "One Typical Day," I plan on writing a blog post a week that highlights the week's events. Sort of like a journal, but updated every Thursday instead of each day. It'll be a lot easier for me to keep up with that----I think.
So about me, I'm a college student at the University of Maine, Farmington. I am a Creative Writing major, but I've been trying to figure out how to become an occupational therapist with a non-medical degree. So far, I think I've found a pretty good school in NC. We'll see how that goes, I guess. If anyone has any advice or school ideas, let me know.
Other than that, I will have a book published independently in August, which will be called Hunting Isaac. I'm going to submit it to some contests and see if I can't live the dream.
I think that's about it for now. I'm looking for a job, and we'll see how that goes. I hope everything is going good in everyone's week.
